Any restaurant named "Patsy's" is usually great, and this was no exception. The food was simply amazing. I had the Giant Dino Beef Rib as my main, and it was moist, tender and included a tangy chipotle barbecue sauce that was out of this world. Others in our party had the Herb Crusted Tuna which was also delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was super friendly and consistently accommodating throughout the meal. This place is a gem in the heart of Bethany Beach and I highly recommend.

So stunningly amazing food, that we came back twice during our short vacation to the area. The Fried Green Tomatoes might just be the best we've ever had!
Splendid food, esp. the seafood, and the dessert is to die for ... 👌

We have been here several times over the last few years and we are never disappointed!
Consistently great food ! Great service!
We have tried other restaurants in the area but none really compare .
Patsys is the go to in Bethany if you want a great meal . We will definitely be back .
