It was all clearly spelled out on the reservation, but the manager had no idea how corporate lodging works. It took over an hour to get straightened out, and we ended up not getting any sleep and didn't get so much as an apology in the end. With the ridiculous cost for a night, you'd think they'd have better training and service.
