Summer Tours- Historic Ocean View

The Historic Village in Ocean View is open every Wednesday this summer (10AM - 1PM) except July 2. This week, Wednesday is forecasted to be a beautiful sunny day! Drop by the Village before you head to the beach. We'd love to see you!

Be sure to check out all of our buildings including the lovely Tunnell-West House, Ocean View's first freestanding post office, a replica of Cecille Steele's chicken house, Hall's Store (the original name of the town of Ocean View), and the Coastal Towns Museum. Also on the Museum grounds is a woodhouse - built in 1904 and restored by a local Eagle Scout - as well as a two-holer outhouse (exciting! ). Docents will be available to answer your questions.
